During our initial session, we will spend time getting to know each other, what brings you to counselling, and your goals for therapy. Attending an initial assessment does not mean that you are obliged to continue with further sessions. It is an opportunity for you to get a feel for what counselling involves and how it may help you. In order for therapy to be successful, it is imperative that we establish a client/therapist relationship that is supportive and honest.
After our initial session, further sessions can be arranged. We will consider your goals for counselling and explore the best approach for you based on the types of therapy I offer. We will also focus on self-awareness, understanding the choices we make, making sense of and coming to terms with the struggles in life while clarifying our goals. As a general rule, all therapy sessions are confidential, and anything you discuss with me will remain between the two of us, unless you request otherwise.
I am currently offering Online sessions only. If you have any doubts about whether this is appropriate for you to address your problems, we can discuss in the initial session.

After an initial assessment, we will work together to discover ways to help you increase self-awareness, self-management (emotional balance), empathy and purpose, to learn about other people's signs, and to increase your emotional influence.
