It is time to see yourself differently
At times, we can become stuck in old habits, patterns, and fears that do not serve us anymore and get in the way of authentic and meaningful connection with ourselves and others. Recognising that we are struggling and finding the courage to ask for help may be our first step towards finding some resolution.
My own experiences of confronting and surviving personal challenges have allowed me to value the importance of receiving help and speaking my mind to an external person.
